- The type of alien added to hives from mob kills is no longer a 50/50 chance between a drone or a runner, but now depends on the type of mob killed.
- Runner hosts will add runners to the hive's reserves. All other mobs add to the drone count in the hive's reserves.
- Alien hives no longer grow from mob kills if the mob killed was another alien.
- This prevents infinite hive wars if multiple enemy hives are near each other.
- The number of aliens added to hives from mob kills now scales with the killing alien's bonus embryo count gene value.

- Warp gene strength will determine the chance the warp xeno has to teleport.
- For projectiles, the warp xeno with 10% warp gene strength will have a 10% chance to dodge projectiles, 20% for 20%, and so on up until 100% dodge rate.
- For any attack, warp xenos previously had a fixed 10% chance to teleport. This is now 1% at 10% warp gene strength, 2% at 20%, and so on up until 10% chance to teleport.
- Based on player feedback, we decided that the warp gene providing full strength within the first generation was too punishing. We want to allow people to still make warp xenos at full strength, but we don't want warp xenos to be impossible to kill after only a single generation (they are immune to projectiles like bullets at 100% strength!). This patch should be a fair compromise by not punishing players severely for simple chorus fruit usage to save their lives, while also not preventing them from achieving warp xenos with full strength (with a bit more effort and intent).

- This is a small patch that updates the required AzureLib version. AzureDoom has been busy grinding away at fixing bugs with AzureLib. Please update to this version if you've experienced any of the following rendering bugs:

- Armors like the MK50 not rendering correctly on players
- Resonator blocks rendering incorrectly

- This is a small update that buffs the marines a little. AzureLib 3.0.30 fixes a long-standing bug where custom armors would not render correctly on non-player entities. Since that bug has now been fixed, it's only fitting that marines finally wear the tactical armor that was made for them. :) This also buffs marines so that they can tank more damage!
- While this update is small, it is a prelude to a larger upcoming update where the marines will have their AI overhauled. For those who don't know, the marines use an AI system separate from the MC AI system(s). That system has recently been optimized and improved, paving the way for more complex entity behaviors in the future. Marines have always been the "test subject" for this AI system. Once the marine AI is up to our standards, we'll apply the same AI system to predators and then aliens.

- This update introduces an overhaul to how weapon ammunition is crafted. We felt that the bullet recipes were a bit overcomplicated. We also felt that the existing bullet recipes didn't quite mesh well with how bullets are structured in real life. Our goal with these changes is neither to nerf or buff ammunition cost, although either may be a consequence of our bullet crafting rework. All of the costs/yields here are subject to change based on feedback (which you can give in our Discord server linked above! :) )
- This update also changes most bullet yields. Smaller, cheaper ammunition is now more plentiful, while heavier, costly ammunition has kept the same yield amount. The goal with this change is to introduce a new factor for "weaker" guns - cost efficiency. The weaker guns have not had much use, and so we want to encourage more usage of them by making their bullets more plentiful. Please note that the yield for heavy bullets has not changed, only the weaker ammunition types have been given more generous yields.
- Some of the ammunition types now require more of certain resources, such as lead or steel. For example, heavy bullets now make use of steel nuggets in their recipe. We want heavy bullet consuming weapons to be powerful, but we want there to be a cost associated with that power. Brass is very plentiful (as copper and zinc are very plentiful), so we opted for steel as an ingredient to make steel more of a focus for players that want to play with heavy weaponry. As a reminder, guns work with most enchantments that work on bows/crossbows, so if you want to avoid the high cost of ammunition, the infinity enchantment is a good choice (at the cost of no mending, as usual).

- If you had stockpiles of bullet tip items, they will be replaced with lead nuggets. Considering 4 bullet tips were crafted from 1 lead nugget beforehand, this will give back excess lead nuggets. :)

- If you had stockpiles of small casing items, they will be replaced with 1 gunpowder. This means the brass nuggets used to craft them will be lost. Considering how common copper and zinc are, we saw it as more important to give back the gunpowder.

- If you had stockpiles of medium casing items, they will be replaced with 1 gunpowder.

- If you had stockpiles of heavy casing items, they will be replaced with 1 gunpowder.

. - Parasites no longer implant a parasite type into hosts, now implant correct embryo type.
- Previously, parasites would store their own entity type to a host. At the time of birth, the embryo type was then computed. This has been changed such that the embryo type is computed immediately and then stored.
- This means that any currently-infected hosts in your game will not burst and will need to be infected again.
