Beacons will link to others on the same Frequency. The frequency is determined by the type and order of the base's shell (considering all rotations equivalent)

Ender Chests linked to the beacons on the same frequency will have shared inventory accessible by both Players and automation

A Star Gate being activated
While embedded in eternity, simply looking at a Star Gate and holding forward will allow you to jump to a beacon at any distance.
