Changes:
Rendering (1) Added ambient brightness rendering based on color methods for most entity renders; brightness is also rendered when firing. (2) Optimized the rendering of the F35 Fighter Jet, now featuring movable control surfaces and Mach diamond effects. (3) Improved firing and movement animations for ground vehicles. (4) Enhanced rendering for the translucent parts of aircraft. (5) Removed the tilt rendering for ground vehicles.
Mechanics (1) Added night vision functionality to some vehicles, toggle with the N key. (2) The third-person perspective now uses a mixin to change the camera angle instead of the previous method of moving the player's position. (3) Improved the helicopter gunner view and the aircraft third-person perspective; the third-person view now allows for zooming and aiming. (4) Ray-type weapons can now penetrate blocks with no collision; adjusted the hit point rendering location; optimized lightning and beam rendering.
Mobs (1) Added multiple naturally spawning units. Rangers, Conscripts, Erosion Rebels, and Erosion Marauders have a chance to spawn alongside their vehicles when generating naturally. (2) Changed the models and behaviors for different Ranger troop types. Medics can heal friendly units, and Engineers can repair friendly vehicles. (3) Added grenade-throwing AI to Rangers, Conscripts, Rebel Soldiers, and Marauder Soldiers. (4) Naturally spawned friendly soldiers can now be hired using Gold Ingots. (5) Added behavior where soldier mobs, when attacked from outside their attack range, will automatically alert nearby allies and randomly move towards the attacker's location. (6) Ground AI now prioritizes targeting the mount when aiming at a mounted entity and now performs simple predictive aiming. (7) Weakened the Erosion Zombie's summoning and door-opening abilities. Added more armor and equipment to Erosion Zombies and Soulless Husks. (8) Increased the Erosion Creeper's attack range from 3 blocks to 5 blocks. When it takes explosive damage, the damage is reduced to 0 and it heals for 50% of the original damage value. (9) Erosion Ghasts are now immune to fire damage. Erosion Skeletons now inflict the Wither effect. (10) Changed the rendering of the Erosion Portal, made slight modifications to its summoning mechanics, and it now creates a large explosion when destroyed. (11) Optimized the boarding speed of drivers when vehicles are summoned by Challenge Missions or Portal entities. (12) Changed the model and weapon configuration for the Scythe Mech X-Type. (13) Added swimming AI to various mobs. (14) Adjusted the armor-piercing damage calculation for vehicle armor. It now consistently deals 2x base damage. Missile entities randomly deal an additional 0x to 2x damage, and shell entities randomly deal an additional 0x to 3x damage. (15) Replaced the drivers in the Soviet support vehicles for the Defense Challenge Mission with Conscripts.
Fixes: (1) Fixed crashes caused by some vehicles using missiles. (2) Fixed the issue where the Stinger Missile model failed to render correctly. (3) Fixed the issue where vehicles caused abnormal player control on the server side. (4) Fixed the issue where the Mastodon Tank's beam weapon sometimes failed to fire properly. (5) Fixed the issue where missiles on the Battleship lacked targeting functionality when controlled by a player. (6) Fixed the issue where some beam weapons did not deal damage correctly when used by hostile mobs.
