Correct a little bug.

Just like former versions of datapack, it has EN_US translation.
It's my fault that upload the testing version as v3.0.6... Well this version correct all the bugs about "Final Book" and add many Unique Recipes. Items that need Thermal or TConstruct can be crafted with these new recipes.(No need to wait TConstruct to 1.21!)
