updated pack.mcmeta and changed the new enchantment "lunge" to go up to level 100

With this pack all enchantments can go up to level 100 !!!
By design, this pack is absolutely unbalanced, everything is absolutely broken and will probably lead to chaos, so enjoy it !
If you use the datapack version, a resourcepack is provided inside the zipped datapack to translate the enchantment level to 100 If you are using the mod version then everything is good to go !
