Stackable Shulker Boxes

• Updated recipe syntax for 1.21.2.
• Utilised the #minecraft:shulker_boxes tag for 1.21.2.
• Added a pack overlay for backwards compatibility with 1.21 to 1.21.1.
• Removed the dorkorc. prefix from the pack's namespace and ID.
• The pack .zip no longer contains the Minecraft version suffixed after a +.

• Updated all registry and registry tag directory names for 1.21.

This is not backwards-compatible with the 1.20.5-1.20.6 version.
