Nice Mob Manager

Fixes:

• Back Button of Explorer's Eden menu can link to Nice Mobs menu
• Empty Bundles of Rarity Mobs

Changes:

• Formatting of "Restore Default Settings" Chat Message
• Added 50 new dialogue lines per Villager type themed around a request for building something
• Misc Settings for Locator Bar Icons now changes Icons of already spawned mobs
