About
Makertastic Expererience is a project that aims to make Minecraft survival feel fresh again, adding new mechanics and fun features to the game.
Features
Blocks
Display Stands
A new block that, just like it's name suggests, lets you showcase your items as if they were in a museum. The displayed item will rotate constantly, and has some funny behaviors when the player interacts with it.
Crafting Recipe

Tinted Glass
New drops only when mined with Silk Touch. You know, as glass should.
Glass-type blocks and skulls
These blocks can now be broken faster using pickaxes.
Items
Face Mask
A little easter egg from Infection and its predecessor. Zombies, Husks, Drowneds, Skeletons, Strays, Boggeds, Wither Skeleton, Zombified Piglins and Piglins can spawn wearing a random one.
Crafting Recipe

Totem of Eternal Life
It's crafted with a Totem of Undying and a Nether Star. It works just like the Totem of Undying, except when it saves you, it shatters instead of disappearing completely.
When shattered, it won't protect you from death anymore until it recharges. That takes about 20 minutes, as long as as it stays in your inventory.
Totem of Undying
To keep things balanced, evokers from raids no longer drop it. You can only find it by killing evokers or looting chests in woodland mansions, and if you are REALLY lucky, you can find it in ominous vaults from trial chambers.
Entities
Cat
Added 4 new variants of cat (cherry, muddy, wildcat and sphynx), which can spawn naturally among all others.
Trader Cat
A special kind of cat that spawns sitting on one of the wandering trader's llamas.
Slime
Slimes can now spawn in larger sizes, as long as they have enough space.
Evoker
Evokers spawned on raids will now use their Totem of Undying in battle, instead of dropping it on death.
Enchantments
Curse of Preservarion
A new enchantment that prevents tools from breaking. Once a tool hits 1 durability, it becomes disabled until you fully repair it.
