ForgeCraft - Equipment Extension

New feature introduced and small adjustments:

• Item with Custom Attributes, Name, or Durability will not be replaced by the Forging Converter Anymore.
• Item with Custom Name (Command-Made) will be stored when forging. However, only the main text will be stored (No [] text)
• Nerfed Rotten Reforge, requiring 17 Xp level, and reduced Attack Damage Bonus from 4 to 3.
• Copper/Spear Equipments will now properly show its attributes.
• Added a notification when forging Modded Items, that it WILL replace and randomize Attributes on convert
• Chaining Reforge with Toolful reforged items should now work
