Added the entire Yaknoi line all the starters has now been added
fixed the pokedex, so it does not collide with other datapacks, now the northalan should work in the national dex without problems!

Removed cutout drawing pokemons from spawning! the drawing cutout pokemons do not spawn anymore, but their files is still in the datapack for people that have caught them, and when they get models these will just be updated!
Version 1: -includes 21 new cobblemon
3 of them have models and animations, the rest of them are only a paper cutout for the moment. as soon as more models and animations gets complete i will add them and update the modpack
the 21 fakemon includes the starters and 2 legendaries
