Regional forms types not workign properly, example: Hisuan Zoroark gets hit by dark move but its not very effective.

every pokemon has a new level up moveset besides sinstea line, alr got a good learnset, just missing calm mind.
Fixed Female pokemon and alolan/hisuian/galar forms not getting moves
Ho-oh File was empty - now fixed
previous version prevented flying on 1.7 Cobblemon Beta so I updated it
no major changes so dont worry abt it
