Chestplate With Elytra

• Three Fixed bugs:

1. Items will no longer disappear when you die with a chestplate and an elytra in you inventory.
2. Now you can enchant your chestplate with elytra.
3. Now you can see the chestplate and the elytra when equipped.

• Added 3 new variants of the chestplate with elytra.
• All crafting recipes are in the crafting table now.
