- Made the UI update every time a setting is changed.

Shiny stars obtained from lower versions will no longer work.
Other than that the game will work fine.
- Fixed Shiny Stars having no cooldown, thus consuming the stars rapidly.
- Added Diminisher, which reverts the shiny status of a Pokemon.
