Biomer Fog

Version 1.1 - Mushrooms and Bad Lands!

• Added Thicker fog to the Mushroom Fields aswell as a purple color to the fog and sky, check galery to see it!

• Added colored fog to Badlands/Mesa subiomes like the eroded_badlands and wooded_badlands, same color as default badlands. Wooded Badlands has like 1% more fog

Pretty nice that nothing seemed to break this snapshot lets keep this up but i'll put it in beta just in case. I don't think I'll do anything for now with the time related attributes maybe you can give me some ideas in the report issues thing to the right. OK have fun!
