Almost only generating Badlands biomes! Creating a barren lands feel.

Redone enabled biomes, stretches from warm oceans to wooded badlands, deserts. sea level was changed to ~30y so most oceans are dry beds.
uped ore spawn a tad, it generates more ores per vein and more frequent veins.

Added minimal amount of Forest Biomes jungle (jungle and bamboo) dark forest (dark oak, oak, birch) old growth taiga cherry grove mangrove swamp
to get access to all wood types
