Updated the resource pack to support 1.21.5

Added a new Spawn Egg texture for 1.21.5

Added a new "angry" shooting texture for when a Sqast is about to shoot a fireball

Updated the Spawn Egg texture for 1.21.4 and below to have more consistent colors

Updated the Sqast Tear texture to have more consistent colors
