PvP Basics

Renaming the resource pack to PvP Basics.
(former name - Essentials for PvP).
I promise, this is the last renaming.
What for? If a person is looking for a pvp optimization pack, then they will type "pvp" into the search, but not "essentials", I also like this name more.

Fixed fire. (He broke the concept of a resource pack, most people need fire on the screen, but there was none, and fire animation was also added.)
The sounds of the explosions became quieter.
Fixed weather. (previously, the resource pack simply removed the texture of rain and snow, now it makes them less noticeable.)
The texture of the cobweb has become more vanilla. (Before that, it was more acidic in color, it was necessary for it to stand out, but now it's just darker.)
