Use 1.20.2's supported_formats to support pack formats 15-300. This pack will still need to be updated whenever the title texture is changed, but Minecraft won't complain about incompatible versions anymore! No more updating for irrelevant minor patches!
Update 4/30/2024: Confirmed compatibility with 1.20.6.
Update 9/7/2024: Confirmed compatibility with 1.21
