Added compatibility with 1.21.5 Pre-Release 2

Changed the way of versions numeration. Now the major version changes when texture pack goes on another drop or version snapshopts of Minecraft (Oak Sapling v1.4 will be for Minecraft 1.20.5, Oak Sapling 1.5 will be for 1.21.6 etc)
