New Faithful Overlays

• Updated the textures for the CTM (connected textures) of both regular and stripped logs (Note: Crimson and warped stems CTM are bugged if you use Optifine. For the best experience, use Continuity instead.)
• Added CTM for cherry, mangrove, and pale oak log tops (both regular and stripped)
• Added CTM for cherry, mangrove, and pale oak planks and bookshelves.
• Current textures are placeholders—tiles 32, 33, 34, 35, 44, and 45 may not look good yet.
