Illogically Looping Lanterns

This version is not backwards compatable with older Minecraft versions

• changed rotations to be more random feeling
• specifically changed rotations from angles: 22.5, -22.5, 45 to: 10, 20, 30
• added three additional negative rotations to add more randomness
• cleaned up file formatting
• removed unnecessary files
• updated pack format to 1.21.6
