City Codes

After getting feedback on the current syntax "Name, City" causing issues with duplicate city names we are now introducing city codes. City codes can be found by searching for a city on openweathermap.org and copying the digits at the end of the produced URL.

Example:

https://openweathermap.org/city/2950159 In this case 2950159 would be the city code of Berlin.

You can use city codes the same way as names, the code will know the difference.
