Fire 3.5.2 is out!

Basically updates some mods, resouce packs, and fixes custom window title text.

Why it's called Fire 3.5.2 and not Fire 3.0.2?

After the release of Fire 3.x, there was a problem because I was stupid. Number x.X was reset to zero, which created a problem for updating old versions of Fire. After some thought, I changed the number for 1.21.8 to x.5, and that's basically it.
