Minor tweaks

• add another branch for gdb people who are friends with gdb and bnw that uses a different bnw trade to avoid possible confusion (d483273)

• dependecny issue with bnw and bfc interactions. Also simplified it for more clarity (5043b05)
• the improved fixed trade for manasteel was giving battaries isntead of devices (877755b)
