Features

• add build on stonecutter that can be opened with V (cd24057)
• add extra items for new players on a server. After the first player that joins a world. Every new player will get some device casings (102330c)
• make casings not de-spawn and not burn (281cca0)
• remove curios tab, curios will be used to add automaton abilities behind the scenes, like goggles and universal stonecutter access (ba1dcb5)
• replace jade googles addon with actual goggles integrated into the players automaton (321e95d)
