This version updates the Pressure Ladder logic for 1.19+

Changes

Update Pressure Ladder code to work better in 1.19+
- The Pressure Ladder should now de-activate appropriately under most circumstances when the player moves off of the block in 1.19+
- The Pressure Ladder now ticks randomly to "unjam" itself automatically in the event that it still does get jammed in the active state
- It's recommended to place sunken (lower block half) slabs around your trap doors—with the trap doors sunken into the slabbed floor—for best results with the new Pressure Ladder logic to prevent jamming
