Update V3.0.0-beta.1 - Migration to 1.21.8!

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• As this is such a massive change, this version is currently in beta and I'm looking for beta testers!
• If you find any bugs or have any feedback, please join the Discord and leave your comments in the "beta-testers" channel.

Features:

• Use Viner in 1.21.8 Now you can use Viner in Minecraft 1.21.8!
• Backend Overhaul This isn't apparent to the user however, the entire backend got cleaned up and overhauled to hopefully make future migrations easier!
