The Time Vortex (TARDIS)

Added the option to change the rotation of the TARDIS at the landing target

disallowed target coordiantes beyond or below the min and max default x and z coordinates.

Fixed auto ground setting at height limit and also disallowed target coordiantes beyond or below the min and max build limit.

Gave the modules multiple facing states so they aren't stuck facing north
