v 0.13.2: some bug fixes

- Updated the mod dependency to work with newer versions of Configured. It now will allow to edit the registration config file too

- Fixed tinted jar whitelist not working

- Removed a console warning message

- Removed some unused recipes

- Xp can now be bottled directly with jars

- Xp can now be consumed from goblets and jars

- fixe mod toml preventing to boot 0.13.1
