Riptide Depth Strider Fix

My apologies for keeping you waiting so long, I had an exam week when 1.21.11 came out.

These are the changes:

• I updated the mod to work with Minecraft 1.21.11.
• I changed the mod to use Mojang mappings, because the Yarn ones won't be updated past 1.21.11 because of Minecraft disabling obfuscation.
