Reign of Nether RTS

⚠️ This version has a large code rework for both unit and building abilities. I've tested everything but if there are still any issues, please open a ⁠bug-reports thread on the discord.

🛠️ Bugfixes 🛠️

• Fixed beacon win minutes showing incorrectly as 20mins by default (it should be 10mins)
• Fixed pillagers having higher range than expected (again)
• Fixed an exploit where workers can drop off resources to a stockpile out of range
• Fixed endermen's manual teleport ability

⚙️ Quality of Life ⚙️

• /gamerule allowHeroes is now enabled by default
• The Necromancer now fires a magical projectile instead of an arrow
• Added support for survival/adventure players to the diplomacy menu
• Added a grey background to the observer and diplomacy menus for a cleaner look
• Changed clock tooltip to the format "Day/Night: XX:XX left"

⚖️ Balancing ⚖️

• Endermen now only gain bonus movement speed if they're within 8 blocks of their target
• Increased the time it takes to mine higher tier ore blocks:
  • Tier 2 (iron, copper, netherrack gold): 45s -> 50s
  • Tier 3 (emerald, gold, blackstone gold): 45s -> 55s
  • Tier 4 (diamond, ancient debris): 45s -> 60s
