NEW MuteLobbyChat - A new command that allows you to mute lobby chat. Private messages sent from/to you in lobby will still be viewable. image using mutelobbychat

CHANGE ToggleSpecificAds - It now uses the mh api to accurately find ranks of people instead of relying on their prefix.
