Changelog

This is a big release! It adds a new blocker that blocks the map-art seen in lobby advertising things. There's also a fix for BlockLobbyWelcome where it blocks normal user messages. The commands have been changed to house them all under the /poinpow command. Do /poinpow (tool) (true/false) to toggle blockers.
