config/obscuria/pillager_caravans-common.toml). - Adjusted base caravan spawn cooldowns – now doubled to improve pacing.
- Added support for Convention biome tags to allow caravan spawning in modded biomes without manual configuration.
- Added a new command for interacting with the caravan spawn cooldown system.
- Added missing command feedback messages for improved clarity.
