Visual update:

• Reworked the minigame bar entirely, hits remaining counter has been replaced by a progress bar, perfect/good/miss counters have been replaced by a pop up that shows how accurately you did on the game.
• Items on the anvil now get progressively flatter the further you are into the minigame
• Optimized knapping
• Fixed some bugs related to anvils
• Tweaked advancements, no longer hardcoding them
