Noelle's Roles - TMM 1.4.2-h1.2.6

Jesters and Executioners can now buy Firecrackers, Lockpicks, Notes and "Delusion Vials". Both roles gain coins passively.
Delusion Vials act like poison, give the visual effects of poison, but do not kill the consumer.
Moved Bartender and Framing Roles Shops to the top of the Inventory (in line with Killer shop)
Bartender's Defense Vial is now fully invisible
Bartender can now actually clear poison (oops)
Noisemakers now passively gain money, and can buy firecrackers.
Executioner Target will now show to spectators hovering over an executioner.
