Neutrino

This release adds the Duck, and fixes some other things involved with Entity's.

Changelog

• Added the Duck entity, an entity that spawns in the Plains Biome and acts like a chicken!
• Made the Duck have a chance to come out of eggs, and spawn them.
• Added the Rat to the addMonsters() method in DefaultBiomeFeatures.java to have it spawn in cave's! (FINALLY)
