Rock Drill/Meatgun

• It's possible that all meatguns will reset after updating. I'm not sure though. Be careful.
• Replaced the Rock Drill with the Drill Chassis, a Meatgun base
• All existing rock drills will cease to exist (sorry).
• The default pneumatic motor can be replaced with a Tool Organism.
• The new rotary drill heads drop full blocks instead of raw ores.

Recipes:

• Added more crushing recipes.
• Added NBT options for recipe inputs and outputs.
• Fixed Pipe Driver recipe from piglins.
• Made control units cheaper.

Living Machines:

• Integration ports can be used to repair machines while they are shut down.

Bug fixes:

• Fixed item pipe routing.
• Fixed the Fabricator eating remainders.
• Fixed the durability bar for tank items.
