Added Charm support

  • Charms now have their own menu, accessible from a button in the regular menu
  • Charms can be filtered by their tier, location, the skill they modify, class, charm power, and stats

Fixed dropdown searches sometimes not matching spaces

Fixed a crash when clearing filters
