Added permission for each command.
Messages have become more correct.
Added definition of minutes, seconds and hours from the minimum to maximum interval of legendary pokemons.
Added the ability to include legendary Pokemon in the spawn blacklist.
The way data is stored has been changed.
Added a parameter that prohibits the appearance of the same legendary pokemon.
Added support for offline players.
Lots of different edits.
