Ported to NeoForge 1.21.1

Changes:

  • Removed applying random enchantments

Other:

  • This is in Beta since I have only tested the IRB, Entity IRB, and Upgraded IRB to make sure the blacklist is working properly, I have not tested the block breaking counter and am not sure if it works as intended at the moment.
  • Updated the excluded_entites.json file to include new entites like wind charges, breeze charges? (forgot what the projectile is called), and the ominous item spawn thing (also forgot what it is called)
