   - Technical change: mobs spawned through the spawner system will now correctly fire the SpecialSpawn event
   - New feature 'groupdistance' for spawner.json (in the 'amount' section). If this is set to 0 or greater mobs will spawn in groups (with the groupdistance used as the maximum distance between them)
