-Added Automaton Hulks, which can only be found in Automaton patrols on "hard" difficulty

-Made the Stratagem menu accessible without unarmed stratagem balls, which are no longer craftable (access the menu by pressing left-control)

-Tweaked spawn rates for automaton patrols

-Tweaked weapon damage

-Made Expendable Anti-Tank break on firing it
