light beams are back, but program IDs changed and lightbeams now require a model
fixed a packet parsing incorrectly (would error on 1.21)
added driver seat control mode, can be toggled with the FVTM Keybind for that (def. K), in attribute control mode you can use the usual driving input as attribute keypress input (if the vehicle supports that, for example the FVP Excavator uses that), back in drive/steer mode you can drive the vehicle as usual
