Forager's Insight

This is the second published alpha and first named update for Forager's Insight! Say hello to the Tip and Tap update!

Keep in mind this is not a completed mod. Current content consists of dishes, tools, tool interactions, enchantments and some incomplete features.

Whats inside?

🌲New Crops

-Introducing Bountiful Spruce Trees and Sappy Birch Trees, two new variants of Spruce and Birch Trees, respectively!

-Bountiful Spruce Trees have some of the leaves in their bottom most row of foliage replaced with Bountiful Spruce Leaves. These produce a Spruce Tip block beneath it that can be plucked at its final stage to get Spruce Tips.

-Sappy Birch Trees generate with a single Sappy Birch Log generating on the lower part of the trunk. Using the all new Tapper tool (see below) allows players to harvest Birch Sap!

🔪New Tools and Tool Interactions

-Tapper is a new tool that can be used to harvest Birch Sap. Simple combine a Flint Knife and Bucket to assemble, then place it on a Sappy Birch Log to start gathering Birch Sap. At max stage, tap a Full Tapper with a Bucket to get a Birch Sap Bucket!

🌹New Decorative Blocks

-Introducing new carpet like blocks that use foliage you may have foraged! Using Rose Petals or Spruce Tips allows players to make Scattered Rose Petals/Spruce Tips.

-Two of the same block can be used to make a more compact carpet called Dense Rose Petals/Spruce Tips.

🥕Changes / Additions

-Birch Sap or Syrup Buckets can be crafted with Glass Bottles to give respective Bottle forms. These can be used in recipes that call for the Bucket, making it more cost efficient.

-New dishes made of Spruce Tips or Birch Syrup can now be made, look out for dishes like Syrup Toast Stacks or Woodland Pasta, plus more!

-Bountiful Oak and Dark Oak leaves now behave similar to Spruce Tips Blocks. At final stage, these can now be plucked by hand to get 1 of the respective crop or Snipped (right click Shears) to get 2 of the respective crop instead, as well as allowing drops to be affected by Fortune, if the Shears are enchanted with it.

-Removed Rose Granita, replaced with Rose Hip Soup.

-Fixed Rabbit to now drop knife drops or regular drops correctly.

-Rebalanced some dishes, to either have their food values or effect durations adjusted.
