Extra Enchantments and Curses

This will probably be the last update of the mod for 1.18.2

Added 1 new enchantment and 1 new curse:

• Overshield: Increases the wearer's health. It can only be found in Stronghold libraries.

• Curse of Attrition: Decreases the enchanted item's attack speed.

Changes:

Curse of Slowness is now compatible with Frost Walker

Hellwalker can no longer be randomly obtained through chests, fishing or villagers. It can only be obtained in Bastions or through Piglin bartering now

QoL Changes & Updates:

An Ukrainian translation file has been created and added by Un Roman

Fixed an issue that caused Overshield to default all mobs max health value to 20
