Initial Release of Excavators And Hammers!

Features:

Hammer: Mines a 3x3 area of Pickaxe Mineable blocks. (Stones, Ores, etc.)

Excavator: Mines a 3x3 area of Shovel Mineable blocks. (Sand, Dirt, Gravel, etc.)

Both tools are the same as vanilla progression. (Wood, Stone, Iron, Gold, Diamond, Netherite)

The Wooden Tools can be used a Furnace Fuel. The Iron > Diamond Tools can be smelted back for one of the material. (Iron Hammer > Iron Ingot) The Netherite Tools can be smelted back for one Netherite Scrap. The Netherite Tools don't burn just like Vanilla tools!
