Elemental enchantments

• Nerf lightning aspect on items with the power enchantment. This was done to nerf lightning aspect 3 & power 6 which dealt almost 35 hearts on some situations. This nerf can be disabled or tweaked with a new configuration value (MidnightLib required)
• Mark mod as incompatible with MC > 1.20.6
• Change modrinth version scheming to properly identify versions
• Bump to 1.2.1
