Dragon Scale Loot

-Fixed the block not breaking right and dropping nothing and added crafting to uncraft the block back into 9 scales

-Added a creative tab with all of the items in a group

-Fixed the scale/mini scales not being fireproof

-Fixed pickaxe damage from 2 to 7

-Fixed the mod not running with my other mods

-Added it so the Block Works with a beacon
