Changes:

• Moved the G1 garbage collector message into the log
  • Can still be disabled via config
• Improve initial library check
  • If (De)compression can't be done DH will crash during startup instead of silently failing to render

• Fix dimension names not including their namespaces
  • IE: "minecraft@@overworld" vs "overworld"
  • This should fix multiplayer saves not pointing to their old folders
• Fix crashing when Iris is present on Neo 1.21.11
• Fix LODs not fogging correctly when underwater
• Fix auto-update dialog message
  • IE "INVALID MESSAGE WITH QUOTES: use the GRAVE ACCENT \x60 instead" will now show the proper message
